Nyerere National Park SelousDepart from Dar es Salaam to Nyerere National Park (Selous Game Reserve). Enjoy a late lunch at the Rufiji river camp. The wildlife population of the Nyerere National Park (Selous Game Reserve) is the largest in Africa. Some of the animals of this area are the elephants, African Wild Dog, hippopotamus, crocodile and buffaloes. Experience Africa's biggest wildlife sanctuary. Bigger than Switzerland and four times the size of the Serengeti, the 50 000km² wilderness area is the most alluring safari prospect on the African continent. Nyere NP former Selous Game ReserveAfter breakfast, full day game drive in Nyerere National Park formerly know as Selous Game Reserve. There is a good potential to see a wide variety of game and also birds and other landscape scenery with varied topography including light acacia forest, dry grassland, wetlands and higher ground with amazing views of mountains in the remote skyline. In afternoon, you will have your picnic lunch. Game drive until evening. Return for dinner and your overnight stay. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

Mikumi National ParkArea: 3230km² Full day safari. Mikumi National Park is lying just to the North of the famous Selous Game Reserve and 283km away from Dar es Salaam. Parts of Mikumi is often compared with Serengeti because of it's open landscape. The park is excellent for game drive with its open plains and if you’re lucky you might see pride of lions roaming around or relax under the shade of acacia trees. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

Ruaha National ParkArea 20226 km² Breakfast and departure. Five-hour drive from Mikumi to Ruaha National Park. Break at Iringa town for a leg stretcher. On arrival to Ruaha, check in at your overnight stay. Afternoon game drive in Ruaha National Park. Great Ruaha River features large numbers of crocodile and hippo. The area attracts leopard, lion, hunting dog and other species such as impala, waterbuck, giraffe, eland, warthog, elephants and zebra. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
